     I guess it's kind of important to showcase some professional work on this website if I want to use it to get a job, but you have to admit real work is less exciting.
     The Public Works building for my small town, located about 2 blocks from my house, burned down in the winter of 2017. Subsequently my firm was chosen to design the town a new one. I performed all the drafting and some of the design work, CA, and, thanks to proximity, observed construction on this project. This is a PEMB and therefore was rather simple and didn't take a lot of time to complete, but I think it's a quick and easy way to demonstrate a level of completeness of drafting. You'll see some of the completed drawings, code compliance, and specs used on the project, as well as some construction progress photos I took following. It might be important to note that the CD's were designed with an alternate deduct (the fourth truck bay to the North) for the bid process, all dependent on how much money could be allocated for the project.
